Been here for about 3 months and have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with staff. Room was clean, nice location, and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend.
Quiet nice rooms clean.. monthly weekly and daily rates.. they come a couple days a week for bed linens and towels.. it's kind of hidden out of the way from Franklin Gateway.. if you know what I mean.. so far a nice stay

It is a motel that is a extended stay I have been there over a year Nice neighbors and centrally located to everything I still live here the only thing that changed is the price. I have been here for almost 2 years everything is that same Rent went up a few months ago
